The The North Face Girls’ Freedom Insulated Pants are made to keep young skiers and snowboarders warm, dry, and moving from first chair until everyone’s ready to head home. A seam-sealed DryVent 2L shell provides waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection, while 200g Heatseeker synthetic insulation packs in plenty of warmth for cold lift rides and snowy winter days. Reinforced knees, seat, hems, and inner-leg kickpatches add durability where mountain gear takes the most abuse, while ankle gaiters with gripper elastic help keep snow out of ski and snowboard boots. Adjustable waist tabs make it easy to fine-tune the fit, and secure zippered hand pockets keep small essentials from disappearing on the chairlift. Best of all, the Good to Grow hem extends up to 2 inches, giving growing kids more time in their gear. Seam-sealed DryVent™ 2L fabric is engineered to provide waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection, helping young skiers and snowboarders stay dry when snow, wind, and changing winter weather roll in. A non-PFC DWR finish adds water repellency to the exterior.
Heatseeker™ synthetic insulation uses hollow-core fibers for added warmth, performance, and durability. With 200 g of insulation throughout the pants, there's plenty of warmth for cold lift rides, snowy lessons, and long winter days outside.
The Good to Grow hem can extend by up to 2 inches, adding extra length as kids grow and helping the pants stay in the winter rotation longer.
Self-fabric reinforcement at the knees and seat adds durability in high-wear areas that take plenty of abuse during skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and everyday winter adventures.
Durable nylon reinforces the inner-leg boot kickpatches and hems to help protect against ski edges, snowboard bindings, boots, and everyday mountain wear.
Built-in ankle gaiters feature gripper elastic to help hold them securely around ski and snowboard boots and reduce the amount of snow getting inside.
The waistband features adjustable hook-and-loop tabs for dialing in the fit as well as traditional belt loops for additional adjustment.
Secure-zip hand pockets provide convenient storage for small mountain essentials while helping keep items from disappearing during active days on the snow.
The DryVent™ body fabric is made with 100% recycled polyester, while the Heatseeker™ insulation contains 70% post-consumer recycled polyester.
