1. Shipping Options

We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on most orders over $50, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
• Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

2. Bicycle Shipping

We ship bicycles throughout the United States and take care to package them securely for transportation. Because of their size, bicycles do not qualify for free shipping, and most bicycle shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Bikes are shipped partially disassembled to fit safely into a shippable package and must be professionally assembled and safety-checked by a qualified bicycle shop or technician before being ridden.

Bikes may be carefully repacked in a different box than the original manufacturer packaging when necessary to help ensure safe and secure delivery.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. Processing may take longer depending on order volume, product availability, or additional services requested.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping/transit time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to our shipping map and the estimated delivery information provided during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. In-Store Pickup

Local customers can choose In-Store Pickup at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to be picked up.

• Please bring your receipt or invoice and a valid ID when picking up your order.
• If someone else will be picking up the order, please include their name in the order comments during checkout.
• If you need your order ready for a specific date or time, please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm availability.

7. International Shipping

Suburban Sports currently ships products only within the United States.

8. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. Orders will be shipped to the address provided, and Suburban Sports is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Suburban Sports is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier and are subsequently reported lost or stolen.

9. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience if a carrier delay occurs and will assist when possible with shipment-related questions.

10. Cancellations, Inventory & Product Information

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. Cancelled orders will be refunded or voided promptly upon cancellation.

On rare occasions, an item may be incorrectly titled, categorized, described, or priced on our website. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time.

Product images are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colors, graphics, components, packaging, or other details may occasionally vary. When we identify a significant discrepancy before shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Cargo Boxes are not eligible for shipping and must be picked up at our Berlin, Connecticut store.
