At Suburban Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Review the policy below, then use our online returns portal to begin your return.
Start Your Return1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, manuals, parts, and accessories must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products and charges are not eligible for return:
- Bicycles
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in the product description
- Clearance items discounted by 50% or more
- Head and face accessories
- Gift cards
- Demo skis
- Expedited shipping charges
3. Starting a Return
The easiest way to begin a return is through our online returns portal. Follow the prompts to locate your order and submit your request.
You may also contact our customer support team at admin@suburbansport.com or reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Please have the following information available:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Clear photographs of any defects or damage, when applicable
4. Returning Your Item (Without Free Return Protection)
Eligible returns may be sent back using one of the following options. Please include your return authorization information with the package.

5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and confirm that it meets the return requirements. Approved refunds are typically processed within two to three business days after the return is received.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or financial institution.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid or cannot accept the refund, Suburban Sports Store Credit will be issued instead.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.
For items damaged during transit, a claim may need to be submitted to the shipping carrier before a refund or replacement can be issued. We will assist with the claim and provide any necessary documentation, but final resolution is subject to the carrier’s review and approval.
Please retain the item, all original packaging, shipping materials, and labels until the claim has been resolved. The carrier may require them for inspection.
8. Exchanges
We do not reserve or hold inventory for exchanges. To receive a different size, color, or item, place a new order for the product you want and return the original item using the process outlined above.
