The Tecnica Mach Sport MV 90 is built for intermediate skiers seeking the perfect balance of comfort, warmth, and dependable all-mountain performance. Featuring a 100mm medium-volume last and a 90 flex, it offers a supportive feel that's ideal for refining your technique while staying comfortable from first chair to last run. Tecnica's T-Sport system improves power transfer for smoother, more precise turns, while the plush Comfort liner delivers excellent warmth and an anatomical fit that can be further customized with the C.A.S. Shell. Double Quick Instep construction and Lift Lock buckles make getting the boots on and off easy, and GripWalk soles provide better traction and walking comfort around the resort. Whether you're cruising groomers or expanding your skills across the mountain, the Mach Sport MV 90 delivers the comfort to enjoy every day on snow.
Inspired by Tecnica’s T-Drive technology, the T-Sport system creates a performance bridge between the upper cuff and lower shell. This strategic connection directs energy toward the forefoot to improve precision and control while helping the boot maintain a smooth, consistent flex.
The N.F.S. Adaptive liner uses anatomically pre-shaped internal padding to provide a comfortable fit from the first day on snow. Extra-thick, soft cushioning adds warmth and support, while the liner can be thermoformed with hot air for a more personalized fit.
The C.A.S. Shell is anatomically shaped to follow the natural contours of the foot before customization begins. Dimples across the shell reduce surface tension during heating, making targeted fit adjustments easier and helping the shell retain its customized shape over time.
The C.A.S. Shell can be professionally punched using Tecnica’s dedicated C.A.S. Pro tool system. This allows bootfitters to increase volume in specific areas and relieve pressure points without unnecessarily changing the rest of the boot’s fit.
Softer plastic is used across a larger section of the instep to help the shell open more easily. This reduces the effort required to put the boots on and take them off, especially in cold temperatures when traditional shell materials become stiffer.
Tecnica’s Lift Lock system holds the buckles upright and away from the shell while the boot is open. This keeps them from catching on the opposite side of the boot and makes stepping in and out quicker and less frustrating.
GripWalk soles use a rockered profile and high-traction tread to provide a more natural walking motion and better grip away from the ski. They improve comfort around parking lots, lodges, and base areas and are designed for GripWalk-compatible bindings.
The 100mm last is designed for average-width feet and provides a balanced blend of comfort and control. Its anatomical internal shape offers room where it is needed while maintaining the secure heel hold and support required for responsive skiing.
Tecnica’s Eco Design program focuses on obtaining regenerated materials with consistent and known mechanical properties. These materials can be incorporated into the production of new ski boots while maintaining dependable performance and durability.
A QR-based tracking system provides detailed information about the materials used in each boot. Improved traceability allows for more accurate sorting and regeneration, producing higher-quality recycled material that can be reused in future ski boot production.
