The Tecnica Mach Sport MV 85 W is designed for intermediate women skiers who want all-day comfort with the support to continue improving across the mountain. Its 100mm medium-volume last offers a balanced fit for average-width feet, while the forgiving 85 flex provides a smooth, confidence-building feel with enough response to refine technique on groomers and variable snow. Tecnica’s T-Sport system connects the upper cuff and lower shell to improve power transmission through the forefoot, while the women’s-specific N.F.S. Adaptive liner with Celliant delivers generous warmth, cushioning, and an anatomical fit right out of the box. The customizable C.A.S. Shell and Mechanical Cuff Adapt system allow the fit to be fine-tuned around the foot and lower leg. Double Quick Instep construction and Lift Lock buckles simplify entry and exit, while GripWalk soles improve traction and walking comfort around the resort. Built specifically for women, the Mach Sport MV 85 W delivers dependable support, warmth, and comfort for longer, more enjoyable days on snow.
Inspired by Tecnica’s T-Drive technology, the T-Sport system creates a performance bridge between the upper cuff and lower shell. This strategic connection directs energy toward the forefoot to improve precision and control while helping the boot maintain a smooth, responsive flex.
The women’s-specific N.F.S. Adaptive liner uses anatomically pre-shaped padding to provide a comfortable fit from the first day on snow. Extra-thick, soft cushioning adds warmth and support, while the liner can be thermoformed with hot air for a more personalized fit.
Celliant fibers are integrated into the liner to help maintain warmth and comfort throughout long days on the mountain. The material complements the liner’s generous cushioning without compromising the secure fit needed for responsive skiing.
The C.A.S. Shell is anatomically shaped to follow the natural contours of the foot before customization begins. Dimples across the shell reduce surface tension during heating, making targeted fit adjustments easier and helping the shell retain its customized shape over time.
The C.A.S. Shell can be professionally punched using Tecnica’s dedicated C.A.S. Pro tool system. This allows bootfitters to increase volume in specific areas and relieve pressure points without unnecessarily changing the rest of the boot’s fit.
The Mechanical Cuff Adapt system allows the volume of the upper cuff to be adjusted around the lower leg. Its simple adjustment mechanism helps create a more personalized fit for different calf shapes and improves comfort without sacrificing support.
Softer plastic is used across a larger section of the instep to help the shell open more easily. This reduces the effort required to put the boots on and take them off, especially in cold temperatures when traditional shell materials become stiffer.
Tecnica’s Lift Lock system holds the buckles upright and away from the shell while the boot is open. This keeps them from catching on the opposite side of the boot and makes stepping in and out quicker and less frustrating.
Tecnica’s Women’s Specific Design shapes the cuff, liner, and overall fit around the needs of female skiers. The result is a more natural connection around the lower leg, improved comfort, and dependable support throughout the day.
The 100mm last is designed for average-width feet and provides a balanced blend of comfort and control. Its anatomical internal shape offers room where needed while maintaining secure heel and ankle support for responsive skiing.
GripWalk soles use a rockered profile and high-traction tread to provide a more natural walking motion and better grip away from the ski. They improve comfort around parking lots, lodges, and base areas and are designed for GripWalk-compatible bindings.
Tecnica’s Eco Design program focuses on obtaining regenerated materials with consistent and known mechanical properties. These materials can be incorporated into the production of new ski boots while maintaining dependable performance and durability.
A QR-based tracking system provides detailed information about the materials used in each boot. Improved traceability allows for more accurate sorting and regeneration, producing higher-quality recycled material that can be reused in future ski boot production.
