Adaptive Contact Length adds edge engagement as the ski is tipped farther over, while Tail Rocker keeps turn transitions smooth and agile. Solid Metal Edge

Wider than conventional edges. This not only increases the service life of the ski, but also pays off in the rental/lending sector, where the equipment is subjected to particularly heavy use. A wider edge also makes the ski a little more stable.

Turtle Grip

New surfaces on Laser X models. Slightly nubby texture creates a matte/shiny surface that imparts an elegant look to the design. The top graphics layer is also rugged.

Adaptive Contact Length

The widest point on the shovel is set further forward. Together with a slight rocker, the more the ski is tilted, the further forward the contact point of the edge with the snow moves. This preserves its nimble characteristics without sacrificing stability and grip during the turn.

Tail Rocker

Rocker with a longer rise at the tail and a flatter radius reduces the amount of edge in contact with the snow, making the ski more playful while maintaining optimum grip when edging.

Turtle Shell 2.0

The cut-outs in the Titanal lend torsion neutrality and effortless skiing at a low speed on easy slopes. At higher tempos and rough slopes the Titanal cutouts interlock. With these cut-outs, the ski is more stable, smoother, and thus lends more security.
