Hybrid construction pairs a tough ABS upper shell with a lightweight in-mold lower section, while HEXAFLOW technology and 16 adjustable vents keep air moving when you’re skiing or riding hard. A micro-adjust dial, plush washable liner, and soft ear pads create a secure, pressure-free fit, while the FIDLOCK magnetic buckle makes fastening easy with gloves on. SHRED.’s patent-pending Rotational Energy System™ is designed to manage the effects of rotational accelerations to the head during angled impacts. Ultra-thin, multi-directional absorption units with an elastic layer allow relative movement between the helmet and the head to help manage rotational energy.
A patented honeycomb cone structure made from SLYTECH® Foam is integrated into the EPS impact element, helping dissipate linear impact energy in multiple directions for optimized protection.
A lightweight hybrid design combines a PC lower shell with a SHRED.shield™ toughened ABS upper shell, balancing low weight, durability, and everyday comfort for all-mountain skiing and snowboarding.
