The included Custom Fit Kit lets racers fine-tune the padding for a secure, pressure-free fit, and the removable XT2 liner and ear pads add lasting comfort and odor control. SHRED.’s patent-pending Rotational Energy System™ is designed to manage the effects of rotational accelerations to the head during angled impacts. Ultra-thin, multi-directional absorption units with an elastic layer allow relative movement between the helmet and the head to help manage rotational energy.
Casidion™ is a nanotech foam engineered for highly efficient linear impact absorption, including across repeated impacts. Its performance allows the protective structure to be built thinner and lighter while maintaining serious race-focused protection.
The tapered SHRED.shield™ toughened ABS shell combines durability and dent resistance with a sleek, low-profile shape designed for gate-clearing precision and speed.
Sixteen vents are interconnected through HEXAFLOW™, a three-dimensional grid designed to enhance linear impact absorption while maximizing airflow throughout the helmet.
A three-position switch controls the top, back, and side vents simultaneously, allowing racers to adjust airflow as temperatures, weather, and exertion levels change.
The included Custom Fit Kit features spare comfort pads and ear pads that allow racers to fine-tune helmet size, fit, comfort, and stability for a secure, pressure-free feel.
