The Salomon Project BOA Kids’ Snowboard Boots give young riders the comfort, convenience, and performance they need to progress without making getting ready for the mountain a project of its own. A soft flex keeps the boot forgiving for beginner and intermediate riders, while lightweight Fit To Ride construction and the low-profile D-Light outsole help smaller riders move naturally without unnecessary bulk. The M4 Junior BOA Fit System makes tightening and loosening the boot quick and simple, and the Universal Liner uses straps instead of traditional laces for even easier entry and exit. Best of all, Salomon’s Evolution footbed can be unstitched to gain an extra half size, giving growing feet a little more room before it’s time for new boots. With heat-moldable Full Custom Fit foam and a lightweight EVA outsole, the Project BOA is a kids’ all-mountain snowboard boot built to keep groms comfortable, progressing, and stoked to ride.
Fit To Ride construction is designed to be 10% lighter and 10% more compact without sacrificing comfort or durability. Salomon’s 1:1 lasting means every half-size change in the liner is matched by a half-size change in the shell for more precise sizing.
The M4 Junior BOA® Fit System balances performance with kid-friendly convenience. Young riders simply push the dial to engage and turn to tighten, creating a secure fit without having to deal with traditional boot laces.
The TX3 BOA® Lace is a flexible, low-friction textile lace designed to work smoothly with the BOA® Fit System while providing dependable durability for everyday riding.
The junior-friendly Evolution insole helps accommodate growing feet by allowing the footbed to be unstitched to gain an additional half size, extending the usable fit as young riders grow.
The Universal Liner uses heat-moldable foam for comfortable support right out of the box. On the Project, the liner also uses straps instead of traditional laces to make getting into and out of the boots easier for young riders.
Heat-moldable multidensity foams are used throughout the entire liner, allowing the fit to better conform around the rider’s foot for personalized comfort and support.
The D-Light is a lightweight, ultra-low-profile full EVA outsole designed to reduce unnecessary weight and bulk while providing cushioning and a natural feel underfoot.
