Crossforce Carbon delivers direct power transmission for a seriously responsive feel, backed by Graphene and Worldcup Sandwich Cap Construction for strong edge grip when you put the ski on rail. HEAD’s EMC electronic damping keeps everything smooth when you crank up the speed, while the Better Balance system helps keep you centered and ready for the next turn. Originally invented by Howard Head in the 1940s and refined by HEAD’s ski technicians, Worldcup Sandwich Cap Construction combines an impact-resistant sidewall for stable edge grip with high-quality aluminum alloy for powerful, race-inspired performance.
Crossforce Carbon Construction removes the top sheet beneath the binding to expose a carbon wrap, allowing the binding to mount directly onto the ski’s construction. This creates more direct power transmission for exceptional responsiveness and quick edge-to-edge acceleration.
The HEAD EMC (Energy Management Circuit) uses ceramic piezo plates incorporated into the front and rear of the ski. Kinetic energy is converted into electronic energy and then used to absorb unwanted vibrations, producing a smoother and more stable ride when speeds climb.
Graphene is an exceptionally thin, light, and strong material used strategically within the ski to increase strength and performance without adding unnecessary weight, helping maintain the Supershape e-Rally’s lively and responsive feel.
The inclined Better Balance Base provides a constant ramp angle across different boot sole sizes, helping give every skier the same mechanical advantage for easier turn initiation and improved stability at higher speeds.
A subtle tip rocker combined with traditional camber underfoot makes turn initiation smoother while preserving strong edge grip and quick response on firm snow. The e-Rally uses 8% tip rocker, 92% camber, and no tail rocker.
HEAD’s fastest, highest-quality ski base uses ultra-high molecular content and a race-ready structure for maximum glide and performance. It’s built to deliver the speed and durability demanded by Worldcup technicians.
The included Protector Evo PR 11 GW features a refined VX toe with BTR kinematics and a redesigned heel for easier step-in and step-out. Its Full Heel Release function is designed to reduce ACL strain by more than 50% in a fall while maintaining the performance expected from the Supershape platform.
