Inside, the thinner, anatomical Synapse S liner uses Graphene to help regulate temperature while providing supportive foot retention. Flex tuning, cuff alignment, rear support tuning, and a removable foam wedge provide plenty of options to dial in the setup, while interchangeable GripWalk toe and heel pieces add walking comfort.
