The Giro Crüe Mips Kids Ski & Snowboard Helmet brings classic park style, durable protection, and an adjustable fit to young skiers and snowboarders ready to rip. Rugged Hard Shell Construction pairs a tough outer shell with an EPS foam liner, while the integrated Mips system is designed to help reduce rotational forces during certain angled impacts. Giro’s In Form Fit System uses an easy-to-reach adjustment dial to provide up to 6cm of fit range, making it simple to fine-tune the helmet even with gloves on, while Vertical Tuning helps accommodate different head shapes and goggles. Stack Vent Technology aligns helmet ventilation with the top of the goggle to help warm air escape and reduce fogging, and seamless Giro goggle compatibility keeps the setup comfortable and clean. Tough, comfortable, and ready for everything from first lessons to park laps, the Crüe Mips is a kids ski and snowboard helmet made for young shredders who want to spend more time riding and less time messing with their gear.

Key Features

Stack Vent Technology Giro's Stack Vent was developed based on research showing the majority of warm air that can cause fogging comes from the goggle's center top vent. Aligning the Stack Vent in the helmet with the center vent of the goggle helps keep it clear and fog-free.

Seamless Compatibility For optimal performance of both helmets and goggles, Giro products are designed to work together, ensuring a seamless interface between helmet and goggle for an exceptional fit and dependable, worry-free function.

Hardshell with In-Mold Hardbody Lower Wrap The two-piece shell combines a tough outer hard shell with a polycarbonate lower shell permanently fused to the liner for durability without excess weight.

Vertical Tuning Accommodates different goggles and head shapes for a custom fit free of gaper gap.

In-Form Fit SystemThe In Form Fit System makes it easy to dial in a custom fit in seconds—even with gloves on. An ergo-friendly dial at the base of the helmet provides up to 6cm of adjustment and enhanced stability.

MIPS Brain Protection SystemAll Giro helmets are designed to reduce as much energy as possible while meeting and exceeding stringent safety standards. The goal of Giro's Mips-equipped helmets is to reduce rotational forces. Giro believes that helmets equipped with this technology can reduce the amount of rotational force that may be transferred to rider's brain in certain impacts.
