Welcome to Suburban Sports! We dedicated to offering you a smooth shopping experience, and part of that is ensuring transparency and clarity when it comes to our shipping policy. Please review the following information to understand our shipping procedures:

1. Shipping Options

  • We offer FREE domestic ground shipping for most orders over $50 (Excludes Alaska & Hawaii)
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Items that are not eligible for free shipping include:

  • Bicycles
  • Demo Skis
  • Items being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii
  • Cargo Boxes

2. Bicycles

  • All bicycle sales are final. Bikes are not returnable and non-refundable.
  • Bikes do not qualify for free shipping; Flat Rate: $75 (excluding e-bikes)
  • Most bike shipments require signature upon delivery.
  • Bikes DO NOT ship assembled. They are partially disassembled to fit into a shipable package.We recommend, and all warranties REQUIRE, that bikes be assembled by a qualified technician at a bike shop.

3. Order Processing Time

  Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped, however, can be delayed further depending on order volume, availability, and/or services added. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the estimated delivery time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location and the shipping option you select. Please refer to our shipping map for estimated delivery times.

  Please understand that these are approximate dates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

  Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery. An email with tracking information will be sent after receiving your order processing email, please allow additional time to receive the email.

6. In-Store Pickup

  For our local customers, we offer the convenient option of in-store pickup. This allows you to order online and collect your items at our physical store location, simply choose In-Store Pick-Up at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Please show receipt/invoice and ID when picking up your order. 
  • If someone else will be picking up the order, you must write their name in the ‘Comment’ section during checkout. 
  • Usually, specific dates/times can be accommodated for order pick-up but please call us before placing your order so that we can confirm availability.

7. International Shipping

  Suburban Sports is currently only shipping products within the United States.

8. Shipping Address

  It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will ship to the address you provide and will not be responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  Suburban Sports is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered but subsequently reported stolen.

9. Delivery Delays

  While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please be aware that delivery delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, volume, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience during such occurrences.

10. Cancellations, Inventory and Changes

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time, for any reason. Cancelled orders will be refunded or voided immediately upon cancellation. 
  • Rarely, items on the website may be titled, categorized or priced incorrectly. We are not required to honor incorrectly marked items, and we reserve the right to update or change the information on any item at any time. 
  • Rarely, item images may vary from available items. We will do our best to notify any customer who may have placed an order for an item that is pictured incorrectly before shipping the item

11. Shipping Restrictions 

  Cargo Boxes are not eligible for shipping, and must be picked up at our store.
