At Suburban Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility

  To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. (Any items purchased between November 1st - December 31st, will have until January 31st to be eligible for a return).
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
  • Any tags, labels, or accessories that came with the product must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  The following items are non-returnable:

  • Bicycles
  • Items that are marked as "Final Sale" in the product description
  • Clearance Items
  • Head and face accessories 
  • Gift cards
  • Demo Skis
  • Expedited shipping costs

3. Initiating a Return

  To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at admin@suburbansport.com or 800-799-5927 to request a return authorization.
  • Provide the following information:
    •   Clear photographs of any defects or damage, if applicable.
    •   The reason for the return.
    •   Your order number.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Shipping Your Return

  We believe returns should be as easy as possible if you are not in love with an item. Please review the shipping options below:

Return Option 1

  Obtain a return label from us! Save the hastle with a FedEx return label from us, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Once receiving your label from us, simply print it out, put it on the box, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

Return Option 2

  You may ship your item back to us with your most convenient shipping service.

Return Option 3

  Drop off your return! Products eligible for return can be brought to our store, regardless of whether you bought the product online or in-store.

5. Refund Process

 Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The time it takes for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method may vary, but typically, this occurs within 2-3 days from the date we receive your return.

 Note: Processing times vary based on financial institution.

6. Refund Policy

  Refunds can only be processed back to your original payment method. If your original payment method no longer be valid, we will issue a Suburban gift card. 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

8. Exchange Policy

  If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. We do not hold inventory for exchanges, so you will need to place a new order for the item you want and return the original item following the return process outlined above.
